Perfect Autumn/Winter Dinner.

A bowl of soup, a salad with garlic croutons and a soft boiled egg ( they do this in Lyon France ) and a freshly baked potato with shallots and sour cream.

have you ever had Bi Bim Bab? it is delicious and has an egg on top of it...eggs are great on surprising dishes.

No, but i have been looking it up and it looks interesting. do you have a recipe i could use. I don't do a lot of this type of cuisine so the ingredients may not be among the ones i have. i would love to try it. i must buy a wok reall. let me know if you have a link or a recipe.

There is a rice from the phillipines that is called nadi goreng. it is a rice dish with egg and not difficult at all. that may interest you. it is very good.

Here is a youtube link showing you how to make it . the video is a little crazy but it is dead on with the recipe. It looks really good. must do that again one of these day.
