Vegetable Plate.

Clockwise: Bok Choy/Roasted Fennel/Sauteed Green Beans/ Sugared Carrots/Brussels Sprouts/ Tomatoes On The Vine. Flavors were out of this world. No sauces, just a little olive oil, garlic and herbs, salt and pepper.

Looks wonderful, James and so colourful. With veggies like that who needs sauce, olive oil, garlic and herbs would have been perfect.

Simple is best. Fresh veggies just don't need a lot of seasonings. They look delicious.
