Linguinne, Fresh Tomato Sauce,Mushroom And Sweet Pepper Ragout.












This was delish. A plain pasta with some good home made tomato sauce and the add ition of sauteed peppers, onions and sausage to top it all. You can't beat simplicity can you? A little song, a little dance. Batman's head on a lance.

Hi Jim,nothing better than pasta (any kind) with fresh tomato sauce... Here we used to cook just with olive oil, garlic, fresh tomato sauce without seeds and skin, seasoning with fresh basil leaves. And you can also add sliced obergin fried (is called pasta alla norma).. Grated salty dry ricotta.hmmm...
I love pasta with roasted peppers without seeds and skin.Put in the mixer with garlic, make a puree and just add a little cream.... try it,...it's fantastic

I will try that Tomie. I like pasta, it is easy to make and does not require a lot of time.
