Slow Braised Beef Bourgignon/ Oregon Chanterelles / Roasted Roots/ Creamy Mash.

This braised slowly for about four hours. Melt in your mouth. Absolutely delish. Out of this world . I think I need bigger plates. This certainly looks scrunched up. This is a terrible presentation but it was really good.
