Small Appetizer



Pickled beets, pickled eggs and grapeleaves with chicken liver stuffing.

Looks delicious! Did you pickle the grapeleaves yourself

No Dor. They are usually bought in a jar. Even in exotic places.
You buy the leaves in a brine and then you rinse them and stuff them with a rice and chicken liver or sausage mix and then braise them in white wine and olive oil.
