Southern Fried Pork Chop with Greens and Cauliflour


Pork chop done in same way as southern fried chicken. Very tasty indeed. The cauliflour is sauteed and then roasted in a hot oven and then finished off with a chopped hardboiled egg , chopped parsley and tomato.
