Hot Italian Sausage , Pepper And Potato Casserole.

Sausage and Pepper casserole.
Didn't get to snap the whole process here but it was very good. A layer of potatoes on the bottom. A layer of sautéed peppers and onions over that. Hot browned italian sausage and repeat the process. Finish with a nice layer of potatoes , add chicken stock and bake at 350 for about an hour.
