Interview Four Seasons Hotel Seattle


Interview in the Four Seasons Seattle while I was the executive chef there in 1982. Note the bottle of HP sauce on the table. Very classy indeed. I don't know how that got there.

Wouldn't surprise me in the least. I have thought the same thing myself. There are people capable of that.
