Sauteed Beef Tips With Paprika And Fingerling Potatoes.
This was done a little like a stroganoff I suppose but really it is just beef tips sauteed in olive oil and cooked in the slow cooker with sweet peppers, tomatoes and paprika. I added the fingerling potatoes and cooked them along with it. It is a tasty and above all inexpensive meal. You can use pork or chicken to do this dish.
