I will post the recipe as soon as I get time to write it out. This was a small filet so it only took about 24-36 hours. A regular salmon filet would take longer. It is cheaper to make than it is to buy and it was very, very good. I am going to make some more pretty soon.

how long does this need to si before it is ready to eat.. It looks fantastic, one of my favorite things.
