These chutneys are adapted from the Complete Indian Cooking. I substituted pinapple for mango in one of them. Here is the link for the book. I think Phyllis has it.
This is one of the better Indian cookbooks. I made quite a few of the dishes including the citrus curry dish which was very good. I like curry a lot.

    me too although i prefer the ones i make myself rather then the takeaway curries.
    Yes i do have that book.
