Thank you all. Yes back in Oregon but with a cold. Didn't even have the energy to make a tagine last night. Will be back with all the details of these dishes as soon as I get over this cold/flu that is going around here in Oregon.
Cottage pie, one of my faves, this looks fab, James. Recently, I did manage to get hold of some minced lamb, so was able to enjoy this with real shepherd. :-)
