Vegetable Plate.





Clockwise: Bok Choy/Roasted Fennel/Sauteed Green Beans/ Sugared Carrots/Brussels Sprouts/ Tomatoes On The Vine. Flavors were out of this world. No sauces, just a little olive oil, garlic and herbs, salt and pepper.

  2. Simple is best. Fresh veggies just don't need a lot of seasonings. They look delicious.
