Pulled Pork and Spicy Gaucamole on Ciapata
One of my favorite sandwiches. I love pulled pork. You can make a few pounds of it , portion it and freeze the individual portions. Some bread, tomato and whatever else you want and you have a quick and good meal with a good well flavored beer.
