A fantstic soup of meatballs, pasta, beans, tomatoes and fresh spinach. I am only sorry there was no one to share this with. It was that good. I am even going to post it on FB. 

A Few Things.

Mostly soups of late. Medication has cut my little appetite. I friend of mine is a fisherman and brought me this beautiful trout which I baked.
