What I do think would be would be to wrap it in a tortilla with some avocado slices, bean sprouts, tomato and a cumin flavored mayonnaise or something along those lines. Matter of fact I may try that myself. I think it would be great with a bowl of soup. Thanks for the idea.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05052316359986870416noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-753634250364329938.post-12658258899353567682008-12-29T18:45:00.000-08:002008-12-29T18:45:00.000-08:00yum, love falafel. i think i'll make some!! they c...yum, love falafel. i think i'll make some!! they could be eaten 'raw' too? i don't fry a lot but the ingredients could be included in a wrap of some sort with cucs and mint right? or would that just be gross??

AlisonAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-753634250364329938.post-39014621170913683562008-12-27T12:08:00.000-08:002008-12-27T12:08:00.000-08:00Yes Evelyn. They are a little tricky to make. It took me two tries to get these. I will try to post a recipe later with a few tips.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05052316359986870416noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-753634250364329938.post-50545125471938867972008-12-27T09:54:00.000-08:002008-12-27T09:54:00.000-08:00I had this in Israel in the dim and distant past a...I had this in Israel in the dim and distant past and it was fab. I suppose the burgers could be shallow fried as I don't have a deep fryer.Evelynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01995996032055478480noreply@blogger.com
